A fiery and flavorful dish for garlic lovers featuring a variety of vegetables stir-fried with a spicy Kashmiri red chili paste and garlicky sauce. Perfect as a side or a main dish, served hot with rice.

1: Soak the deseeded kashmiri chillies in hot water for 10 minutes. 2: Blend it to a fine paste. 3: Heat a pan/wok, add oil and garlic. Saute the garlic for a few seconds. 4: Add the sliced carrot and beans and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes. 5: Add the diced cabbage and saute for a few seconds. 6: Add the broccoli and cauliflower, saute for 2 minutes. 7: Add chilli paste and toss till the vegetables mix well with the chilli paste. 8: Add water and bring it to a boil. 9: Add tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, vinegar and mix well. 10: Add the spring onion batons. 11: Add cornstarch and mix till the sauce becomes thick. 12: Serve it hot with rice.
