1: In a bowl, marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and coconut oil. Let it rest for 10 minutes. 2: Heat a pan, add coconut oil and sear the marinated chicken on a medium flame for 4 minutes on each side. Keep it aside. 3: Heat a mud pot, place a banana leaf on it and add coconut oil. Let it heat up. 4: Add curry leaves and the chicken. And let it sit in the heat for 2 minutes. 5: Add coconut milk, ginger and green chillies. 6: Add black pepper powder and bring it to a soft boil. 7: Simmer the chicken in the coconut milk for 15 minutes. 8: Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
