1: Pulse blend the green peas and sweet corn into a coarse mixture. 2: Heat oil in a kadai and add the ginger and green chillies. Saute for 2 mins. 3: Add all the vegetables and saute until tender. 4: Add the powdered spices and salt to season. 5: Add the vegetables to a bowl of bodied potatoes, ¼ cup of breadcrumbs and the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Mash into a uniform filling. 6: In a bowl, mix the maida and water and set aside. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs. 7: Shape the cutlets into desired shapes and dip it in the maida mixture. Coat it well in breadcrumbs. 8: Chill the cutlets for 20-30 mins. 9: Shallow fry them until crispy and brown.
