1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and let it crackle. 2: Add chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden brown. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. 4: Add the chopped tomatoes and cook it till it starts to become soft. 5: Add the dry masala powders and cook them for a minute. Mix well. 6: Add the crabs and cook them in the masala for 3-4 minutes. 7: Add water, mix well. Bring it to a boil. 8: Cover and cook the crabs on a medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 9: Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
