1: Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes. 2: Heat a pressure cooker, add oil and ghee. 3: Add the whole spices and let it crackle. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 5: Add the curd and saute for a few seconds. 6: Add the mushrooms and saute on a high flame for a few minutes till it lets out water. 7: Add the green peas and saute for a few seconds. 8: Add water, salt and let it heat up. 9: Add the soaked and strained rice and mix well till the mixture starts to boil. 10: Close the cooker and pressure cook on a medium to high flame for 2 whistles. 11: Turn off the flame after 2 whistles and let it rest while the steam reduces gradually. 12: Open the cooker, add ghee and fluff the rice.
