1: Peel and cut the raw mango. 2: Heat coconut oil in a pot and add fenugreek seeds. 3: Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent, around 3 mins. 4: Add tomato and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes. 5: Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Saute for a minute and then add water. 6: Bring it to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 mins. 7: Add the raw mango pieces and coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to come to a boil. 8: Add the fish pieces, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. 9: Add coconut oil and curry leaves, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with rice, appam, or parotta.
