1: Soak the nuts and seeds in hot water for a few minutes. 2: Marinate the mutton for 1 hour with the salt, white pepper powder, curd and ginger garlic paste. 3: Make a thick paste of the nuts and seeds with some water. 4: Heat ghee in a cooker and add the whole spices. Add the marinated mutton and water. 5: Pressure cook for 20 mins on a simmer after the first whistle on high flame. 6: In a kadai, add the oil and add the sliced onions and allow it to develop a light golden colour. 7: Add the green chillies and add the nut paste and mutton, continue to cook for 5-10 mins.
