1: Soak all the ingredients under ‘to soak & grind’ (except ginger garlic paste) for 30 minutes in warm water. 2: Grind it into a paste along with ginger garlic paste and set aside. 3: To a pan, heat oil and add clove, cinnamon and cardamom, followed by onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes. 4: Add chicken, turmeric powder and salt. Saute for 5 minutes. 5: Add red chilli powder and mix for a minute. Then add water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. 6: Add the previously prepared paste and mix. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. 7: Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
