1: In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, soy sauce, milk, and whisk into a smooth batter. 2: Add paneer cubes and mix thoroughly, ensuring the paneer doesn’t break. 3: Let it marinate for 20 minutes. 4: In the meantime, take a pan, pour oil, and add garlic and spring onion whites while the oil is cold; cook until golden brown. 5: Once golden brown, switch off the flame, add chilli flakes and kashmiri chilli powder, and set aside. 6: Crumb the marinated paneer cubes and deep fry until golden brown. 7: In a bowl, add mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce, onion powder, kashmiri chilli powder, and the prepared chilli oil; whisk until well combined and garnish with spring onion greens and coriander. 8: Serve hot!
