1: Marinate the chicken with curd, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let it rest for 1 hour. 2: Heat oil in a pan, add ghee. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, mace, cumin and let it crackle. 3: Add onion paste and cook it till it starts to turn golden brown. 4: Add the tomato paste and masala powders. 5: Cook it well for 2 minutes. 6: Add water, the marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on a medium to low flame. 7: Add cashew paste, kasoori methi, cream, coriander and mix well till it combines well with the chicken mixture. 8: Garnish it with coriander leaves and cream. Serve it hot with rice or roti.
