An easy and quick recipe for Mexican street-style corn, made with sweet corn kernels, butter, spices, and cheese, taking only 20 minutes to prepare.

1: To a hot pan, add butter, the sweet corn kernels, and salt. Toss occasionally and cook for around 5 minutes or until softened and cooked. 2: Transfer it to a large bowl and allow it to cool. Add red chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until evenly combined. 3: Transfer it to serving bowls or cups. Spread some cheese on top followed by mayonnaise. 4: Crush a pack of cheetos by opening the packet first and then pounding it using a pan or rolling pin. 5: Sprinkle the cheetos dust over the creamy corn and serve.
