A delicious and easy one-pot chicken sausage pulao that's perfect for lunch. Made with spices, chicken sausage, and basmati rice, this flavorful dish takes just a few steps to prepare.

1: Cut the chicken sausage into 1-inch pieces. 2: Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Fry the sausage pieces until they change colour. Remove them from the cooker. 3: Add ghee to the same cooker. Add the whole spices, then add onion. Saute until it turns a light golden brown. 4: Add the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes. 5: Add the tomatoes, slit green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix to combine. 6: Add the Basmati rice and the fried sausages, and saute gently. 7: Add water, cover and cook for 1 whistle on high heat. Allow the steam to release naturally. 8: Fluff gently using a fork and serve.
