1: In a bowl, add the rice flour, salt and ghee. Mix it lightly. 2: Add hot/boiling water and mix it first using a spoon. Once it is cool enough to handle, knead it using your hands. 3: Make small balls from the dough and set it aside. 4: Chop the Karupatti jaggery and heat it along with water till it melts. 5: Strain it into another pot. Add more water to dilute it, then bring it to a boil. 6: Add the dough balls and cook it for around 10 minutes on low heat. Do not stir for the first 4-5 minutes. 7: Mix rice flour with some water to form a slurry. Add this to the pot along with cardamom powder, and mix. 8: Turn off the heat, and add the milk and coconut milk. Mix it continuously in the remaining heat itself. 9: Top it with grated coconut.
