1: In a mixing bowl add prawn and all the other ingredients for the marinade except the flour and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. 2: In a pan add sugar and water, let the sugar heat up to soft ball stage then add the walnuts and toss until completely covered, set aside and let cool. 3: Add both the flours to the prawns along with soda water and deep fry until golden brown. 4: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce and give it a good mix, add the prawns and walnuts and toss until completely covered. 5: Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions and serve hot.
