1: Lightly roast the coffee beans on low heat until aromatic to remove any staleness. 2: Add coffee beans and chicory to the spice grinder and grind for 25 seconds to make a fine powder. 3: Store the ground coffee in an airtight container. 4: Put finely ground coffee powder into the top chamber of the coffee filter and pack it down gently with the press. 5: Pour hot water over the packed coffee and cover. 6: Let it rest for 10-15 minutes until the coffee decoction is ready. 7: In each filter coffee glass, add 2 tablespoons of coffee decoction, adjusting as per preference. 8: Fill the glass with hot milk. 9: Pour the coffee from a height to make it frothy and cool it down to a drinkable temperature.
