This one pot dish is a spicy delight featuring marinated mutton and aromatic basmati rice infused with flavorful peri peri sauce. A combination of various ingredients like tomato paste, capsicum, and a blend of spices creates a dish that's sure to leave you craving more.

1: In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients for the paste and blend into a smooth paste. 2: Add the prepared paste to mutton and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. 3: In a pressure cooker, pour 2 tbsp oil and add the marinated mutton, saute for 2 minutes and pressure cook on a moderate flame for 8 whistles or for 15 minutes. 4: Let the cooker rest and once the pressure releases, add soaked basmati rice and pour in water, bring it to a boil and pressure cook for 2 more whistles. 5: Let the cooker rest for at least 10 minutes and fluff up the rice.
