A delicious and simple recipe for Street Style Chutney, perfect to serve with Dosa. This chutney combines the flavors of onion, tomato, garlic, dry red chillies, and coconut, blended into a smooth consistency with a hint of jaggery for sweetness.

1: Heat oil in a kadai, add the onion, tomato, garlic, red chilli, curry leaves, and salt and saute for 5 mins until soft. 2: Allow the mixture to cool slightly. 3: Transfer to a mixer jar and add coconut, tamarind, jaggery, and the fried gram. 4: Blend to a smooth consistency with water as needed. 5: Temper with oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilli, and curry leaves. 6: Serve fresh with dosa or idli.
