1: Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. 2: Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and saute for a few seconds. 3: Add the chopped onions and jalapenos and saute till it turns translucent. 4: Add paprika and cumin powder and cook it for a minute on a low flame. 5: Add chopped coriander and tomato puree. Mix well. 6: Cook the tomato puree on a medium flame till its raw aroma goes. 7: Add boiled rajma, sweet corn and bell peppers and mix well. 8: Add the soaked rice and mix gently for a minute. 9: Add water, bring it to a boil, cover and cook it on a low flame till all the water is absorbed. 10: Fluff up the rice. 11: Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot or you can make burritos with it.
