1: In a mixing bowl add baby corn, rice flour, corn flour, water and mix well. 2: Heat up oil on a medium high flame and deep fry the baby corn until golden brown. 3: In another pan heat up 1 tbsp of oil and add the onions and garlic and cook until translucent. 4: Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and toss in the baby corn. 5: Sautee on high heat for 2 minutes, garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
