Delicious Prawn Noodles which are easy to prepare! The recipe includes shrimp, noodles, and a variety of aromatic ingredients like garlic and ginger. Perfect as a starter or dinner option!

1: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and add the broccoli pieces. Boil for 2 minutes and then strain it out of the water. 2: In the same water, add the noodles and cook until softened. Drain out the water. 3: Apply oil to the noodles and set aside. 4: Heat a pan or wok until very hot. Add oil, ginger, garlic and spring onion whites. Saute on high heat for 30 seconds. 5: Add red chilli flakes and saute lightly for a few seconds until the oil changes colour. Add the prawns, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 3 minutes. 6: Add the broccoli and saute for 1 minute. 7: Add the cooked noodles and saute for 2 minutes. 8: Add the spring onion greens, give it a toss and serve.
