1: Grind all the ingredients for the marination into a smooth paste. 2: Make slits on the chicken pieces. Add the marination to the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3: Add the chicken directly into a pan. Add a splash of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and allow to cool slightly. 4: Add the eggs to a bowl. Add salt and coriander leaves, and beat well. 5: Season the flour with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces completely in the breadcrumbs and then in the egg mixture. 6: Deep fry them on medium-low heat until golden brown on all sides.
