1: Add all the ingredients required for the puree to a pot, add a little water and cook it till all the ingredients become soft. 2: Cool the mixture and transfer it to a blender. Blend it to a fine paste. 3: Heat a pan, add oil. 4: Add garlic and green chillies and sauté for a few seconds. 5: Add the paneer cubes and cook it for a minute till it gets golden brown marks on it. Mix it gently to avoid breaking the paneer. 6: Add the blended puree. Mix gently. 7: Add water, bring it to a boil and season the mixture. Mix gently till all the ingredients combine evenly. 8: Cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. 9: Add kasuri methi and fresh cream. Mix gently. 10: Finish it with a spoon of ghee. 11: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
