1: Peel the sweet potatoes and grate them. 2: Heat ghee in a pan and saute the sweet potato for 5 minutes on low heat. Set this aside. 3: Heat milk in another pot along with crushed cardamom and saffron. Bring it to a boil. 4: Add the sweet potatoes. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly. 5: Add sugar and cook until the sugar dissolves, around 5 minutes. 6: Add condensed milk and cook for 3-4 more minutes. 7: Allow it to cool before serving. Serve garnished with chopped nuts.
