A healthy and delicious Pink Oats Dosa made with oats, semolina, beetroot, and spices, perfect for kids and a nutritious breakfast option.

1: Dry roast the oats on low heat until aromatic and crisp. 2: Add it to a mixer jar along with rava and grind it into a powder. Remove it into a bowl. 3: Add beetroot, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander leaves and water to grind. Add it to the oats powder and mix. 4: Add salt & water as needed to get the required consistency. 5: To cook, heat a tawa. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread it gently in a circular motion. Pour oil around the edges, cover and cook until it crisps up and starts to turn golden brown slightly. 6: Remove and serve with chutney.
