A popular and irresistible milk sweet known as Paalkhova, perfect for festive occasions. This easy recipe combines milk, sugar, and various ingredients to create a delicious treat that can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

1: Bring the milk to a boil, switch off the flame and split the milk using diluted vinegar, a little at a time. The moment it splits, stop the process. 2: Filter the solids and wash it. Set it aside. 3: In a pan, combine the milk solids and fresh cream on medium flame. 4: Add ghee and mix to combine. Add cardamom powder to flavour the dish. Cook for 5 mins. 5: Add the sugar and mix well to melt and then add the condensed milk. 6: Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 10 mins, open occasionally and stir to prevent it from burning. 7: Once the mixture is thick, keep the pan open and cook until thick. 8: Finish with ghee and mix well. 9: Transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool. Garnish with chopped nuts, as needed.
