1: Heat a pan, dry roast the spices required for the chukka masala till it is aromatic and blend it to a fine paste. 2: In a pressure cooker, add the beef, water, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook on a high flame for 2 whistles and on a low flame for 5 whistles. 3: Heat a pan, add oil, cumin, green chillies, curry leaves and let it crackle. 4: Add the onions and cook it till it turns translucent. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. 6: Add the dry powders and cook it for a minute on a medium flame till its raw flavour is gone. 7: Add the beef and a little bit of the water used to cook the beef. 8: Mix it well till it is coated evenly with the masala. 9: Add the chukka masala and mix it with the beef till the mixture turns dry and aromatic. 10: Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
