1: In a pan, heat oil and add the fennel seeds and cumin seeds, followed by the curry leaves and green chillies. 2: Add the shallots and saute until they barely start to turn golden brown. 3: Add the ginger garlic paste, masala powders, and salt. Saute for a minute. 4: Add the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes or until the masala is completely cooked and the oil floats along the sides. 5: Add the prawns. Saute and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. 6: Grease a flat iron or non-stick pan on medium heat. Pour dosa batter and spread it around the pan thinly. 7: Spoon the prawn gravy in a circle. Break open an egg in the centre. 8: Sprinkle salt on the eggs and the prawn. 9: Sprinkle pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves on the eggs and prawn. 10: Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
