1: Cut the boiled eggs into quarters and transfer them to a bowl. 2: Add butter, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to it. 3: Using a fork, lightly mash the egg while mixing it along with the butter; add black pepper powder. 4: On a slice of bread, spread mayonnaise, place a piece of lettuce and finally add the egg mixture and spread it evenly.
