A delightful Parle-G ice cream sandwich made with Parle G biscuits and vanilla ice cream, dipped in melted chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat.

1: Take the Parle G biscuits and cut through the ice cream, making small rectangular bars, using the biscuit as a guide/outline. 2: Dip the knife in hot water and wipe it with a tissue/towel before every cut to help you cut the bars easily and get smooth edges. 3: Add the ice cream bar between two biscuits and close it, then freeze it for 10 minutes. 4: Take some melted chocolate and the frozen ice cream sandwiches, dip them in chocolate, and keep aside in the freezer till set. 5: Serve cold and enjoy!
