1: In a mixing bowl, add the cut baby corn along with oats and corn flour, add salt, pepper, and water. 2: Combine everything thoroughly; it should be a thick batter. 3: Fry the baby corn and set aside. 4: In a wok or kadhai, add oil, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and spring onion bulbs. Sauté for 30 seconds on medium flame. 5: Add the onion and capsicum petals and sauté for another 30 seconds. 6: Now pour in the fried baby corn, mix thoroughly, and add salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Give it one final mix and serve.
