1: To the chicken, mix the remaining ingredients required to coat and mix it well till it is combined evenly. 2: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken to a golden brown colour on a medium flame. 3: Mix the ingredients required for the sauce in a bowl and keep it aside. 4: Heat a wok, add oil. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a few seconds. 5: Add the diced onions and bell peppers and saute on a high flame for 10-15 seconds. 6: Add the chicken and toss it with the onions and bell peppers on a high flame. 7: Add the sauce and toss well till the chicken is coated evenly with the sauce. 8: Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
