1: Heat Oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, shallots, and sauté for a few seconds. 2: Add the carrot and beans. Toss them on a high flame for a few seconds. 3: Add the diced mushroom, toss it. If it lets out water, cook it till all the water evaporates. 4: Add the cooked rice. Toss it till all ingredients combine evenly. 5: Add the salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce, and msg. Toss and mix well. 6: Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish it with spring onions. Serve it hot.
