1: Heat a pan, add ghee to it. 2: Add the grated coconut and carrot and sauté till it is rid of the raw aroma. 3: Add sugar and cardamom powder, and mix. 4: Add 1 tablespoon ghee and mix well. 5: Transfer it to a greased tray and spread it out evenly from end to end. 6: Let it cool down and set at room temperature for 6 hours. 7: Demould it, cut, and serve.
