1: Wash and soak the soya in hot water till it becomes soft. Strain it, squeeze the water off it and keep it aside. 2: In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add water and mix it well. 3: Add the soya chunks, mix it till it is coated evenly. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes. 4: Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the soya chunks till it becomes slightly crispy. 5: Take it off the oil and keep it on a plate with tissue paper to let the oil drain off. 6: Heat a pan with oil. Add ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute or 2. 7: Add the 3 sauces and mix it till it all combines evenly. 8: Add the soya chunks to it, toss it till it is evenly coated. 9: Transfer it to a bowl/plate. Garnish it with chopped onions and coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
