1: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the marination and mix completely. 2: Let the mutton sit for 30 minutes. 3: In a smaller mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. 4: Deep fry the marinated mutton until golden brown and crispy and set aside. 5: In a wok or kadhai, pour oil and add the diced onion, capsicum, and garlic. 6: Saute for 10 seconds or until soft and aromatic and add the sauce. 7: Cook the sauce for 30 seconds on high heat. 8: Add the mutton and toss. 9: Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
