1: Add garlic and red chilli powder into hot oil. Whisk all the ingredients mentioned in the marination until smooth and thick. 2: Add the paneer and the vegetables and coat evenly, rest refrigerated for 30 mins. 3: Layer the paneer and vegetables on a skewer and roast on an open fire. 4: Baste with butter after roasted, sprinkle chaat masala. 5: To prepare the cheese sauce, melt butter in a pan and add the maida. Whisk in the milk until smooth and combined. 6: Finish with salt, cheese and a pinch of turmeric, it now resembles a perfect nacho sauce! 7: Heat a sizzler pan and place the paneer pieces. Top with the cheese sauce and sprinkle finely chopped spring onion to garnish.
