A delicious and unique eggless bread omelette made with gram flour (besan), baking powder, and a variety of flavorful ingredients. Perfect for a quick meal!

1: Combine the gram flour, salt, pepper, baking powder and maida into a thin batter with water. The batter should be thin and runny. 2: Add onion, green chilli and coriander leaves, and mix. 3: Heat butter in a pan and add enough of the prepared mixture to cover the base of the pan. Swirl around the pan to spread it evenly. 4: Add two bread slices on each side. Spread green chutney on one side and mayonnaise on one side. 5: Add tomato slices on one side and sprinkle salt evenly on top. Add cheese on the other slice. Cover and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, or until the sides turn crisp and slightly golden brown. 6: Fold the sides of the omelette on the bread. Fold one bread slice over the other to form the sandwich. 7: Cook for around 20 seconds on each side. Cut and serve.
