This Mushroom Pasta is proof that the simplest things in life can also be the most satisfying. A delicious creamy spaghetti dish made with mushrooms, garlic, and herbs.

1: In a pot add water and salt, and bring it to a boil. 2: Add the pasta to the water and cook as per the package instructions. 3: Strain the pasta and run it through cold water and set aside. 4: In a pan pour olive oil and let it heat up, add the onions and cook for 30 seconds or until translucent. 5: Add the mushrooms and dried herbs, and cook until they develop colour, then add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 30 more seconds. 6: Pour water and bring it to a boil then add cream, and mix until everything turns homogeneous. 7: Add the pasta, salt and pepper and give it a good toss. 8: Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve hot.
