1: Prepare the kofta mixture by grating the bottle gourd and mixing it with coriander leaves, green chili, ginger garlic paste, and all spices. 2: Shape the mixture into small balls (koftas) and set aside. 3: Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the koftas until golden brown.
