Delicious and irresistible Paneer Bhurji Rolls made with crumbled paneer, mixed spices, and served in chapati with cheese and mayonnaise.

1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add onions and green chillies and saute for a minute. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds. 4: Add the tomato and saute for a few seconds. 5: Add the masala powders and cook for a minute. 6: Add ¼ Cup of water and cook for a few seconds. 7: Add the paneer and mix well. 8: Add another ¼ cup of water and keep mixing. 9: Mash the paneer with the ladle. 10: Season the mixture, mix in some coriander leaves and take it off the flame. 11: Cook chapatis on a hot tawa. 12: Spread mayonnaise, add the filling and place the cheese slice on top, and roll it tightly and serve it hot.
