1: Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. 2: Boil the rice until it’s 90% done and let it completely cool. 3: In a pan add oil, garlic, onion, mixed herbs, and bell peppers, and sauté until aromatic. 4: Add cream and milk along with some salt and pepper and cook until thickened. 5: Fry paneer and add it to the gravy and set aside. 6: In a pan add oil and garlic and sauté until aromatic. 7: Add the cooled rice and toss along with some salt and pepper. 8: Add the finely chopped herbs, switch off the flame, and toss.
