Delicious Soya Nuggets made from soya chunks and a blend of spices, then deep-fried to golden perfection. A protein-rich and crunchy snack that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

1: To a bowl, add soya chunks and hot water and let it soak for 10 minutes. 2: Strain the soya and squeeze the hot water out of it. 3: To a blender, add the soya and the remaining ingredients and blend till it all combines together and forms a binding texture. Add very little water while blending if it isn't blending well. 4: Shape it into squares and keep it aside. 5: Prepare a thick batter with maida, salt, pepper, and water. 6: Dip the shaped nuggets in the maida batter and then coat it in the panko crumbs. 7: Heat oil in a kadai. Make sure the oil is hot before frying the nuggets. 8: Deep fry the nuggets till it turns golden brown and crispy. 9: Transfer it to a place lined with tissue paper to drain off the excess oil. 10: Serve it hot with any dip of your choice.
