1: Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using flour, salt, and water. Rest for 10 mins. 2: Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix well to get a well-combined mixture and set aside. 3: Divide the dough, roll the roundels flat, thin and large discs. Apply ghee/ oil. 4: Make a slit on one end. Place the mixture and enfold into a triangle. Apply ghee after each fold, or as needed. 5: Dust lightly with flour and roll gently into triangles. 6: Cook on a preheated tava with ghee/oil as needed until brown, spotted, and cooked through.
