1: To a bowl, add the chicken strips, cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper, msg and water. 2: Mix well till the chicken is coated well with the batter. 3: Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken till golden brown and crispy. 4: Heat a wok, add ginger and garlic. Saute till it turns light brown. 5: Add the red chilli paste and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium flame. 6: Add water and honey and mix till a thick sauce is formed. 7: Add the fried chicken, spring onions and toss on a high flame till the chicken is coated completely with the sauce. 8: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve it hot.
