1: Marinate chicken thighs with mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, hung curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, chaat masala, and melted butter. 2: Prepare the gravy by blending tomatoes, cashew nuts, dried Kashmiri red chillies, water, and milk. 3: In a pan, heat ghee and add ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and cardamom powder. 4: Pour in the blended gravy and bring it to a simmer. 5: Add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is tender. 6: Stir in sugar, kasuri methi, garam masala, and fresh cream. 7: Finish by adding melted butter and serve hot.
