This is a delicious recipe for noodles without noodles, featuring chappati strips sautéed with various vegetables and sauces, offering a great way to use up leftover chappatis.

1: Cut the cooked chapatis into thin strips. 2: Heat a pan or wok until smoking hot. Add oil and then add ginger and garlic followed by all the vegetables. Saute for 1 minute. 3: Add the soy sauce, salt, sugar, ketchup, chilli sauces, black pepper powder and MSG. Toss together on high heat for 2 minutes. 4: Add the chappati noodles, and chopped spring onions and toss gently. 5: Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
