A delightful Pazham Pori recipe combining ripe bananas and a crispy batter made from all-purpose flour and rice flour, perfect for enjoying during the monsoon with tea.

1: The banana used for this recipe should ideally be ripe, but not too soft. Cut the banana in half and then each half into three long slices. 2: For the batter, combine the maida, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and water. Whisk it until there are no lumps. 3: Heat oil in a pan on high heat. 4: Dip the banana slice in the batter and deep fry them until the edges are golden, around 2 minutes.
