1: In a blender, blend Almonds, Cashews and Sugar into a fine powder. 2: Mix this with softened butter and mix well. 3: Add the Ragi flour, Baking Soda with Milk and mix everything together. 4: Fill this mixture in a piping bag or another plastic cover, cut the edges to pipe the batter. 5: In a baking pan lined with butter paper, pipe the batter into small rounds and flatten it. 6: Set Up a makeshift oven with salt in a large heavy bottom pan and heat it. 7: Place a metal stand in the center of the pan and place the baking pan on it. 8: Cover the pan with lid and bake on medium high heat for 22 minutes. 9: Allow the cookies to cool and consume.
