1: To a bowl, add the cauliflower florets, hot water, and salt. Let the cauliflower soak for 10 minutes and strain it, putting it back in the bowl. 2: Add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, and water, and mix well until the cauliflower is coated with the batter. 3: Heat oil in a kadai and fry the cauliflower until it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside. 4: Heat a pan, add oil, and add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté until they turn light brown. 5: Add the chilli flakes and let them fry for a second, then add the water. 6: Add honey and mix well until it combines with the water and forms a thick sauce. 7: Add the fried cauliflower and chopped spring onion, and toss well until the cauliflower is coated with the sauce. 8: Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
