Relax with this warm and comforting Maggi Ramen Bowl after a stressful week! This easy recipe features Maggi noodles cooked with mushrooms, spinach, and topped with a soft-boiled egg, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds for a delightful finish.

1: Heat oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Saute on high heat for 2 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside. 2: In the same pan, add more oil. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onion whites. Saute for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the soy sauce. 3: Add water and Maggi seasoning. Once it comes to a boil, add the Maggi noodles. Boil for 2 minutes. 4: Add the spinach and cook for 30 seconds more. 5: To make a soft-boiled egg, heat water in a pan. The level of water should be around 1 inch. Add the egg, cover, and cook for 6 minutes. 6: Remove the egg from the pot and put it into ice-cold water. Once it is cool enough to handle, peel the egg and cut it in half. 7: Pour the noodles and broth into a bowl. Top with sriracha sauce, the soft-boiled egg, mushroom, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
